Job description
Collect, understand requirements and operations, support and recommend to customers/internal companies in orienting product requirements
Deeply participate in the product development process, from idea generation, clarifying requirements, designing technology solutions and developing features. Coordinate with other members to design reasonable products that bring high business value.
Create and manage document systems: system specification documents (System Requirement Specification), list of features (Feature List), list of usage scenarios (Use case list), detailed scenarios (Use case detail), business constraints (General Business Rules), product layout (Wire frame),...
Take main responsibility for learning and handover sessions (Knowledge Transfer)
Come up with interface ideas to create mock-ups for the product. Work directly with PO and UI/UX Designer to design product and user experience
Assist Project Manager in defining project scope of work, planning and estimating work
Assist Project Manager in determining customer/internal company feedback analysis
Act as a bridge between the production department, development team, product development department and customers or within the company.
Support the product testing and acceptance team to ensure product effectiveness after development.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of BA experience at financial, banking, and securities companies
University degree in majors related to mathematics, economics, finance, computer science, information technology, or equivalent
Have a background in information technology and software development
Good communication skills (4 skills)
Able to use English to research and write documents
Have basic knowledge of data and data querying
Have knowledge and skills in testing software products
Ability to design and quickly build products yourself without having to wait for a design.
Proactively solve problems. Self-discover and evaluate new problems, can solve them yourself without waiting for instructions.
Plus points: Evaluate the logic and aesthetics of UI/UX Design, have experience improving user UX
